Our most favorite things about the home:

“We love that there is plenty of space for everyone. The large, bright, open spaces make it ideal to entertain everyone. The kitchen has plenty of storage and plenty of counter-tops to prep. The 3rd floor offers a great kid space/flex area, it really is a great place to congregate. The amount of storage in the home is wonderful, especially all of the storage space in the attic. We also love that there is a flat yard to play around in and a level driveway for a game of basketball. And, it’s awesome to be able to walk to the elementary school and the pool.”

What we love about the neighborhood:

“ We love the aquatic park with triple loop water slide and lazy river; we love the lighted tennis courts. They also have a basketball court, walking trails, workout facility, a brand new playground under construction with new equipment and shaded areas and a huge clubhouse. It’s great!” The neighborhood has lots of events and activities that we look forward to every year; the Annual Father-Daughter Dance, Snack with Santa, Ladies Night Out, and Poker Night. “We love the convenience of being in close proximity to Uptown and many Greenways. There’s so much to do around here! Shopping/dining in Waverly, Blakeney, Stonecrest and The Promenade. We are also a short drive to the Harris Teeter in Austin Village, along with Publix and other shops.”
