“We love the private, fenced backyard. It’s a great place to grill and hang out as a family and with friends. The front porch is a 3 season favorite – we’ve had many a great ‘Friday Night Porch’ nights with neighbors. The neighbors are terrific – families of all ages and stages. It’s definitely a great block! And, it’s awesome to be able to walk to the elementary school and the pool.”
What we love about the neighborhood….
“Super social, involved. The resort-pool, tennis courts and basketball court as well as the nature trails are always busy. Walking to the elementary school is a definite plus! The social committee hosts numerous events each year for children, families and adults only. And the Brookhaven Family Run 5K is held on the streets of Brookhaven each fall. It’s a weekend of fun- Friday night movie and dinner under the stars, silent auction, raffle and a challenging 5K on Saturday morning.”
What we love about South Charlotte…
“Union County taxes, close proximity to Uptown and the airport, new shopping, and the fantastic schools!”
“There’s so much to do around here! 20 minutes to SouthPark Mall or Uptown Charlotte, but lots to do around- shopping/dining in Waverly, Blakeney, Stonecrest and The Promenade.”
“We love the area sporting and activities for the kiddos- WCWAA, MARA, gyms, YMCA, Lifetime Fitness.”
